What is the exchange/warranty procedure?
The exchange request must be made within a maximum period of 12 calendar days, from the receipt of the product, due to defects. Furthermore, they will undergo a prior technical analysis to verify the existence of manufacturing defects. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, the company will return it to the customer's address (Shipping to be paid by the customer). Following the suppliers' guidelines, in the case of a defect in an electronic product, the customer should first contact the manufacturer's technical support or send the product directly to the authorized technical assistance for repair or, if applicable, replacement of the same, using the warranty period. The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by its invoice, manual, and all accessories it possesses. The company reserves the right not to be responsible for any item that is improperly attached to the product subject to return/exchange, as well as any accessories that do not belong to it. The company is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect has been caused by misuse, according to the report provided by the technical assistance. If the warranty claim is accepted, the company will have a period of 30 calendar days to correct the defect, counting from the date of receipt of the product in our warehouse. After this period, it may choose to: Replace the product with another one in perfect condition; Immediate refund of the amount paid; Proportional price reduction; Generation of a Purchase Voucher (Voucher), in the amount of the product subject to warranty, for exclusive use on our website with a validity of one year, counting from its generation. IMPORTANT: If the value of your PURCHASE VOUCHER is equal to or less than the purchase amount, the system will automatically generate the discount/payment. If the value of your PURCHASE VOUCHER is less than the purchase amount, you can pay the difference with one of the available payment methods. If the value of your PURCHASE VOUCHER is greater than the purchase amount, you can use the difference in other purchases on the site until the expiration date of the PURCHASE VOUCHER.

If I change my mind about the purchase?
The deadline to cancel your purchase is a maximum of 7 calendar days, from the receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used. The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by its invoice, manual, and all accessories it possesses. The refund of the paid amount will only be made after the product arrives at our distribution center and according to the payment options below: The credit will be made to your current account within 10 (ten) business days.
If there is a discrepancy in the delivery?
If you notice any of the following discrepancies at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse to accept the delivery and contact our customer service immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement: Open or damaged packaging. Freight and shipping costs?
The company will bear the costs of freight and shipping only if the product is defective after confirmation by the technical assistance report, or if any error is found on the part of the company.
